We spent a fantastic couple of days in Northumberland exploring Morpeth, Alnwick, Amble and Druridge Bay. We were lucky with the weather with rain overnight and very mild temperatures for the time of year. This image was taken on the harbour wall at Amble looking back along the estuary to Warkworth Castle, the low autumn sun illuminating the castle perfectly.
